MODINAT TEMITOPE ADEYEMO FELICITATES WITH CHRISTIANS AT EASTER
An aspirant contesting for the APC ticket of Akinyele/Lagelu Federal Constituency, Hon. Modinat Temitope Adeyemo has extended greetings and best wishes to all Oyo state citizens, especially to members of the Christian Community in Akinyele/Lagelu Federal Constituency on the occasion of Easter.
In her Easter message made on Saturday, the President of the Modinat Temitope Adeyemo Foundation said, ‘Easter is celebrated across the world to commemorate the death, resurrection and ascension of Jesus Christ. For Christians, Easter is deeply symbolic as it epitomises the essence of the Christian faith being the triumph of sacrificial love over the devil’s plans to keep mankind in perpetual bondage.
She then called on the Christian community to remember the true meaning of Easter and to use the festive period for positive purposes that will bring smiles to the lives of fellow compatriots.
